Bursaries

Ten postgraduate bursaries are available each year to support attendance at BNS
meetings. Each bursary has a maximum value of £200 and can be used to pay for the cost of second class travel and accommodation. Postgraduates may only apply for one bursary. The bursaries are open to PhD students and post-doctoral research fellows who don't have direct access to funding. Priority will be given to PhD students and applicants who are presenting either a poster or a spoken paper. Applications must be supported by a BNS member.
